Specialty Building Products is currently looking for an ERP Support to join our VALUES based organization to troubleshoot issues, providing user support and training, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ERP system meets the organization's needs and goals.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Provide technical support for the organization's ERP system to support Microsoft ERPs Dynamics 365 F&O and AX2012.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ERP system meets the organization's needs and goals.
- Provide user support and training on ERP system features and functionality.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure that it is up to date.
- Test system changes and upgrades and provides feedback to the development team.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ERP system.
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in ERP systems and related fields.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration
- 2-3 years of experience with D365 Functional Support required
- Experience in technical support for ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of ERP modules, such as finance, accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory management, and production planning.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
