The Branch Administrator – Accounting Focus supports branch operations through daily financial processing, reconciliations, and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong Excel skills who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing demands, and serving as a professional, visible presence within a branch environment.

Starting Salary Range: $72,000-$78,000

Key Responsibilities

 Accounting, Billing & Reconciliation

  • Perform daily billing and invoicing activities with a high level of accuracy
  • Apply and reconcile credits, adjustments, and returns
  • Complete accounts payable reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Monitor and follow up on unbilled, open, or outstanding transactions
  • Support internal controls through consistent and accurate financial processing

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze recurring financial and operational reports
  • Use Microsoft Excel extensively for reconciliations, tracking, and data validation
  • Identify variances, trends, or errors and take appropriate corrective action
  • Support audits and review activities through accurate documentation and reporting

Operational & Branch Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, invoicing, and reconciliation issues
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Maintain professionalism while operating as a visible, approachable presence within the branch
  • Support and uphold established financial and administrative procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting support, finance administration, or billing/reconciliation roles preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (required); ability to manage formulas, spreadsheets, and data reconciliation
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, pivot, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
  • Professional communication skills and comfort engaging with branch staff and leadership
